Jackie has over 30 years’ experience in being involved in the family business of running her nursing home in Market Harborough.

- Qualified RGN and in addition to this has a BSc(HONS), MSc and a Law degree LLB, as well as numerous other qualifications.
- Member of the Royal College of Nursing and is a member of the East Midlands RCN Board.
- Director of the NCA (National Care Association) and EMCARE (East Midlands Care).
As part of NORARCH she is a Director & the Chair, where she has been involved with the Association at an Exec Board Level for over 20 years. In her role within NORARCH she attends a number of Forums representing the members & the industry, locally, regionally & nationally.

Has been working in adult social care for 26 years from carer to manager; passionate about elderly dementia care. Strong advocate for those working in social care to be heard, respected, and rewarded for the commitment they display every day.
My career in Adult Social Care spans over 25 years, where I have had experience in the running of a number of Multicategory Residential Care Homes, which have included Dementia. As part of my career I have held Senior Management positions as a Director and Head of Operations. My experience has involved me in all matters in the Daily Management and Operations of Care Homes, such as Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, HR, Accounts, IT, Policies and so on.

- Director of RecruitMatch – An Ethical Recruitment Company, specialising in International recruitment and supporting the Health & Social Care Sector.

- Chairman & Director of EMCARE (The Local care Association that represents CQC Registered Care Providers across Leicester. Leicestershire & Rutland), where I have represented our Membership over a number of years. In this role I have been involved in Local Authority Fee Reviews & Contracts, CQC, Covid 19, Digital, DSPT, Workforce, International Recruitment, Trusted Assessors and Training etc… as well as numerous other local matters. I currently am part of a number of Boards where I feed into, represent the views of our Members and feedback to Members.
As part of NORARCH, I am proud to have represented and continue to represent the Association as an Executive Officer supporting members and the Association, including the relaunch of NORARCH.
Mendi is the Director of Rathgar Care Home, in Northampton. Mendi first entered into social care in 2017 and believes it is the best decision he has made. Mendi strongly believes in inclusivity and diversity and ensuring that opportunities are for all, and all voices are heard.
Kieron has over 18 years experience in being involved in the family business of running a care home located in Wellingborough.
He has gained vast experience from visiting the family care home before he joined the family business. He would regularly come to learn more about the running of the home and helping his parents with paperwork or any other errands around the care home.
He moved on from being an assistant manager to Registered Manager by completing the Registered Managers Award. As well as currently managing the care home he has Attained a Bachelors in Business Education.
As part of NORARCH, I am very pleased to be able to bring my knowledge and experience to supporting the association and its members to navigate the challenges we face in this rewarding sector.
I have been working in adult social care for 7 years now and, as part of the ACI Care Group, we operate four older persons care homes in Northamptonshire, Kent and East Sussex.
ACI Care focuses on providing quality, tailored care to older people across our four idyllic homes. Our dedicated team of staff provide residential, respite and dementia care, with their core focus being to enable residents to live independent and fulfilling lives.
I am keen to use my experience in the sector and across different regions to help Norarch to represent care home providers and build a successful working relationship between the councils and all care homes.
I have been a health care provider for elderly residential care for almost thirty years. During this period, I was also involved as a provider for nursing care for a short period of time.
My background stems from finance and accounting having worked in the field in the private sector for years, however my main focus currently lies in the Care Industry.
I have seen so many changes in this industry over the years and the saga is never ending with new challenges every day, not to mention Covid and the growing number of elderly living longer and the consequences that come with it. I do admit that it is by no means an easy industry to be involved in but the fact that we look after the elderly & endeavour to give them a good standard of care & living is very satisfying.
Countryview Nursing Home is a family owned & managed business providing ‘comfort & care for all’. For over 20 years the 29-bedded Nursing Home has been owned & operated by Maggie & David Webb. Our philosophy has always been to provide ‘comfort & care for all’ ensuring the highest levels of care & support to our residents, their families, & our staff.
Ruth has been managing all aspects of the administration of the Home for over 5 years. Ruth’s background in project management enables her to wear many hats maintaining the highest standards possible across all functions. In recent years, Ruth has added to her general business qualifications with an NVQ Level 5 in HSC. Ruth is actively involved in the local Registered Managers’ Network & is keen to ensure that the voice of the small independent service provider is represented wherever possible.
Currently Chair, Nominated Individual & sole owner of Chiron Healthcare At Home, a new style of home health & social care provider, using technology & people to produce a unique level & type of services for all patients. He is also an experienced FTSE 250 Non-Executive (and ex CEO of FTSE 250 Plc).
Has vast experience & knowledge in Social Care, Digital, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare – public & private, business services & overseas business activities & marketplaces, Non-Executive Director positions & Advisory, Audit, Risk, Clinical Governance, Quality & Remuneration committees.
With extensive connections, involvement and contacts with the NHS, DoH, CQC, ICBs, ICS, RCGP Monitor & various healthcare think tanks. Key moments have been in the House of Commons HSC Committee Expert Panel, DOHSC Market sustainability & Fair Cost of Care working group, ICS development in Hertfordshire & the Patient Safety initiative 2021/22.
